Cucumber Salad with Sour Cream
3 small cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs vinegar
2 Tbs sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp dried dill
Mix all the ingredients together and chill an hour or so before serving.
