Sweet Buttermilk Dressing
This is sweeter than a ranch-style dressing because of the honey.
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 3 Tbs honey
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 scallion, minced
- pinch of ground red pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or more
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Whisk everything together except the olive oil, then add the oil while whisking. Add more mayonnaise if you'd like it thicker.
