Taco Seasoning Mix

I like to make my tacos this way, but if you want to make your own packets up, try this.

It's easy to lay out small pieces of aluminum foil, one for each packet you want, then just measure out the ingredients one at a time assembly-line style and place each on a piece of foil.

When you're done, fold each piece of foil tightly and story in a dry place. Place them all in a container or bag and keep in your pantry.

Use one packet for each pound of ground beef or ground turkey, browning the meat, draining the grease, then adding 1/2 cup water and one seasoning packet. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring now and then.
