Easy Mustard Baked Pork Chops

I could not believe how great these tasted given the simple ingredients. I served them to visiting family and my brother was amazed at how easy and delicious they were too.

It’s also a great recipe to scale up or down as needed. You don’t really need to measure anything¬† – just guestimate and adjust!

I always like to serve pork chops with applesauce or sauteed apples (or apples and onions).

Easy Mustard Baked Pork Chops

These are so easy and so delicious! The only work is breading the pork chops.

  • lemon juice
  • Dijon mustard
  • bread crumbs
  • thick pork chops

Mix equal parts lemon juice and Dijon mustard, as much as you need depending on how many chops you need. Dip the pork chops in that and coat them. Then roll in bread crumbs, pressing the bread crumbs in and coating the chops.

Bake on a baking pan at 350 for an hour.
