If you cook, your oven and stove are going to get dirty for sure. My oven is self-cleaning but you have to remove the racks before using the self-cleaning cycle. I just saw this post on cleaning your oven with baking soda and vinegar and think I will try her method on my racks if I can find what she calls oxy-bleach here in the U.S. Does anyone know a brand name for that?
Anyway, I really just wanted to share her ideas on cleaning as it’s much cheaper her way than buying lots of chemical cleaners, plus it’s better for the environment. I just cleaned my oven prior to Thanksgiving but those who are hosting Christmas still have time to clean!
