The folks over at Johnsonville Sausage sent me some coupons so I could try out their sausage. I haven’t posted a recipe yet but do have some ideas. But anyone can enter this contest. Just submit a recipe using Italian sausage over at their web site. They suggest using one of your favorite recipes and substituting their Italian sausage for the meat.
Some of my favorites with sausage include:
- Polenta and sausage
- Pizza (of course!)
- and marinara sauce with sausage over pasta
