This is just too easy. Mix the batter up and pour it in a greased 9×9 pan. Put the fruit on top. Bake.
Easiest Fruit Cobbler
This quick cobbler can be made with fresh, frozen or canned fruit.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups fruit
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Mix the sugar, flour, milk, baking powder, and salt together. Pour in a greased 9×9 pan.
- Put 2 cups fruit (fresh, frozen, canned) on top of the batter and bake for 40 minutes. I’ve made this with frozen blackberries, canned cherries, and I can’t remember what else.
