A friend and I made ravioli over the weekend. We had gotten together a few weeks ago and made pasta for the first time. The filling was spinach and ricotta cheese. We experimented by making some by hand and others using a ravioli maker similar to this one, Norpro Ravioli Maker With Press (affiliate link) that I had been given many years ago.
I set most of them on a baking sheet and froze them, then transferred to a freezer bag after they were frozen. I cooked a few up for my dinner that night, topped with some sauce from the freezer.
