Simple Green Salad
We don’t have an Olive Garden restaurant around here but I keep hearing people rave about their salads. Browsing through Pinterest I found this Olive Garden Salad Dressing and wanted to try it.
I don’t normally buy the Good Seasons packets of dressing mix since I usually just mix up a very simple vinaigrette like this one. But in cleaning and reorganizing the pantry a few weeks ago I’d seen a packet of a generic Italian dressing mix so I thought I’d give this a try. It was quite good!
The mayonnaise added just a touch of creaminess without feeling like a heavy dressing.
Next time, I think I’ll try it with this recipe I found for a copycat recipe for the Good Seasonings packet.
