Blush Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 5 Tablespoons canola oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Whisk the vinegar, lemon juice and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.  Drizzle in the oil while whisking to emulsify.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.
