Worcestershire Shrimp

Here was an easy way to fix up some frozen shrimp. I had the tiger shrimp in the freezer and was looking for something somewhat plain to do with them as my kids aren’t into stuff “all over” their shrimp! This fit the bill. This also came from The Minimalist Cooks Dinner by Mark Bittman. Nice and fast and easy and tasty!

Worcestershire Shrimp

This is an easy delicious way to prepare shrimp. And there’s only one pan to clean!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled
  • 2 Tbs Worcestershire
  • juice of one lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a small frying pan and turn to high. Add the shrimp. Cook for 5 minutes or so, until done, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the Worcestershire, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir everything together and serve.

Goes great with the Coconut Rice.
