It’s a bit last minute so I’ll have to make this short—but also very sweet! I’ve got two Ferrero Chocolate Christmas Tree gift boxes filled with Ferrero chocolates to give away. Add a comment below with something about chocolate, a favorite recipe or your favorite treat, by Saturday 5pm PST. I’ll use a random number generator to pick two winners!
Ferrero has donated these to bring awareness to the Share Our Strength program. They have donated $150,000 to Share Our Strength and are giving others a chance to add to that donation. Right now, if you log on to Share Something Sweet and use it to “send something sweet” (that is, a customizable e-card), Ferrero will donate another $1 per e-card sent, up to $10,000. And for every person that joins the Ferrero Facebook page, “Ferrero Lovers Unite,” Ferrero will donate another $1 to Share Our Strength (up to $1,000).
Check back on Sunday and I’ll announce the winners!
What a great giveaway….They do so much!
I adore dark chocolate- and I adore coffee…so when I can have the 2 togehter it is perfect. Either a mocha coffee or a coffee with some good dark chocolate dessert…I am happiest!
A nightly mug of hot chocolate chases the winter chill away and helps me sleep better.
Yum, chocolate!! Thanks for thinking of us and Happy Holidays!
Chocolate rules!
Seriously, if it’s dark chocolate, then it’s the right thing to do.
Added them to facebook. That is a great idea.
Anyways, I don’t do much cooking anymore. But I am addicted to chocolate covered marshmallow. Everyine else must be too, since I can never find them. 🙁
I often wonderd what chocolate coverd fruitcake bites would taste like.
I have a new dipping Love. CHOCOLATE I melt chocolate and dip what ever I can in it. This Holiday season, I made Pizzelle cookies dipped them in chocolate and then sprinkeled with crushed candy canes. Believe it or not, ME who is not a cook at all, was a hit at the ornament exchange party with my chocolate dipped cookies.
Happy Holidays to al
Jane
There should be a national holiday in honor of chocolate. No work or school allowed, just happiness!
This is great! I love them chocolates! My favorite chocolate treat would have to be chocolate pudding….cooked on stovetop with real chocolate.
Chocolate in the freezer during the summer. Yum!
This holiday season i made some double-chocolate cookies with cranberries. They were so delicious. Nothing is better than a warm chocolate cookie…
I’m a chocolate lover like any other — but I do have one additional thought, if more of the world ate chocolate, it would surely be a better place. Right? I mean who isn’t in a better mood after that first bite? Who doesn’t feel energized, even if only for a moment, after that final bite? Who wouldn’t be a tad nicer if supplied with an adequate supply of the brown stuff?
So maybe we should donate the trees and many, many, many others?
It is great to see a company doing this kind of promotion, and to see Ellen’s friends as the lucky ones to be on the receiving end of the chocolates.
