Dinner tonight is in the Crockpot. My daughter has class two nights a week and asked if I would make the macaroni and cheese from her graduation party again. She has to pack lunch a few days a week and likes this at room temperature.
I’ve been working on creating a month of dinner ideas for April but I’ve already posted ideas for February and March so you can get some inspiration. Sometimes for me the hard part isn’t the cooking, it’s coming up with the ideas! So I cruised back through the blog and got inspiration from my past.
I would love to hear how you use these menu ideas. I don’t expect anyone to copy the whole month but I expect many of us are looking for some inspiration.
