  7. Fish stick tacos with slaw, tater tots
  8. Buttermilk Meatloaf from Bread, Toast, Crumbs (a great cookbook!), zucchini fries, baked potatoes
  9. Steak sandwiches, onion rings and beer battered broccoli
  10. Goose breast burgers, roast beets, and sauteed beet greens from the garden
  11. Grilled meatloaf sandwich with marinara and provolone
  12. Grilled Philly cheesesteak sandwich
  13. Steak tacos from leftover steak, fried peppers and onions
  14. Food cart curry chicken, rice. This is one I’ve made many times and it’s so good!

  25. Pasta with broccoli a la Dom DeLuis but I turned it into a gratin because I felt like a little crunch.

  27. Ranch pork chops from Hidden Valley Ranch, baked potato, chunky homemade applesauce, roast delicata squash
  28. Beef stew, mashed potatoes

  30. Stir-fried beef and broccoli, rice
  31. Chicken enchiladas verde, beans, salad. These enchiladas go together really quickly if you use jarred sauce. One of my favorite recipes!
