Grilled Corn on the Cob with Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbs chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic

Instructions

  • Mix all this together with a fork, then spread half of it on 4 ears of husked corn. If you don't cheat and start with raw corn, grill over medium heat 10 - 15 minutes, turning now and then.
  • Serve with the remaining butter.
