Grilled Corn on the Cob with Parmesan
Ingredients
1/4
cup
butter
1/4
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1
Tbs
chopped fresh basil
1/2
tsp
kosher salt
1/4
tsp
pepper
1/4
tsp
granulated garlic
Instructions
Mix all this together with a fork, then spread half of it on 4 ears of husked corn. If you don't cheat and start with raw corn, grill over medium heat 10 - 15 minutes, turning now and then.
Serve with the remaining butter.
