Leftover beef roast or steak can be turned into a delicious hash with some potatoes, gravy and onions.
Ingredients
4potatoes, peeled, and diced
1-2cupsleftover chopped beef
1cupgravy
1onion, diced
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
If the potatoes are raw, start to brown them in some olive oil and butter and cook until done. If you're using leftover potatoes, just dice them and then add the other ingredients.
Add the beef, gravy, and onion to the potatoes and cook until browned, stirring now and then. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
