Creamy Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar

Instructions

  • Whisk together the cream, salt and pepper until a bit frothy, then stir in the vinegar.  Toss with 8 cups of greens.
