El Pollo Loco Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  • Mix up the marinade and marinate your favorite chicken parts in it a few hours or overnight.
