Enchilada Sauce

Make your own enchilada sauce with tomato sauce, oregano, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin and onion powder.

Ingredients

  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder or less to taste
  • 3/4 tsp chili powder more to taste if you like
  • 1 tsp onion powder or more to taste
  • 1/2 tsp or less salt I used a bit less
  • 1/4 tsp cumin

Instructions

  • Mix it all up and heat.
