Marinade for Carne Asada Burritos

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of cilantro leaves and stem
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4  yellow onion
  • 1/2  jalapeño pepper
  • 1/8 cup lime juice
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar

Instructions

  • Mix everything up in a blender, then marinate your steak.
