Quick Spice Rub for Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Mix together all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Rub a bit of olive oil onto the chicken and then spread the rub on it.
