Simple Guacamole

A very simple guacamole with avocado, minced onion, lime juice and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Tbs lime juice or lemon in a pinch, but I like the lime better
  • 1 Tbs minced onion
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Mush it all up with a fork and serve.
