Swordfish Skewers
Ingredients

Tbs
soy sauce
1
Tbs
chopped fresh rosemary

lemon juice

Tbs
olive oil

tsp
honey
1
tsp
fresh ginger

tsp
salt
a dash of pepper
3
cloves
garlic, minced
3/4
pound
swordfish, cut in 1" cubes
2
red peppers, cut in 1" pieces
Instructions
Mix up everything but the fish and vegetables. Marinate the fish cubes in it in a shallow dish or plastic bag for about 30 minutes to an hour.
Thread the fish and vegetables on a skewer and barbecue for about 8 minutes total, turning once or twice.

Add other vegetables that your family likes.
