Crockpot Rump Roast

This is simple but good. Serve it with mashed potatoes and a salad or if you’re energetic some cooked carrots or delicata squash.

Crockpot Rump Roast

  • 1 Tbs. black pepper
  • 1 Tbs. paprika
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 4-5 pound rump roast
  • 1/2 cup water
  1. Mix the spices together and rub the mixture of the roast.
  2. Put the meat in the Crockpot and pour 1/2 cup water in.
  3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours in an older slow cooker, less time in a newer one as they cook hotter.
