Crockpot Rump Roast
Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. black pepper
- 1 Tbs. paprika
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 4-5 pound rump roast
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Mix the spices together and rub the mixture onto the roast.
- Put the meat in the Crockpot and pour 1/2 cup water in.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours in an older slow cooker, less time in a newer one as they cook hotter.
