Mason Jar Stir-Fry Sauce from NW Edible

Use this simple, versatile sauce to toss over your vegetables towards the end of a stir-fry. 


  • 1 ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup oyster sauce
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup dijon mustard, to taste.


  • Pour items into a quart jar. Put the lid on and shake it all up.
  • Add the  sauce to a stir-fry when your veggies are 1 to 2 minutes from done. 


This makes 4 cups and keeps more or less indefinitely in the fridge. This is from NW Edible.
