Mason Jar Stir-Fry Sauce from NW Edible
Use this simple, versatile sauce to toss over your vegetables towards the end of a stir-fry.
Ingredients
1 ¼
cup
soy sauce
1
cup
oyster sauce
1
cup
maple syrup
½
cup
rice vinegar
¼
cup
dijon mustard, to taste.
Instructions
Pour items into a quart jar. Put the lid on and shake it all up.
Add the sauce to a stir-fry when your veggies are 1 to 2 minutes from done.
