Cut up some lettuce, dice some cucumber, slice a green onion and grate some carrot for the salad. Tosslightly with the dressing.
Take a boneless, skinless chicken breast and put salt and pepper on it, while you heat up some peanut oil in a frying pan. Mix the breadcrumbs with cumin powder and chili powder, then press them into the chicken breast.
Fry the chicken in the peanut oil over medium heat for a few minutes, then turn it and cook another few minutes. Sliced it into strips and put on top of the salad.
