1/4tspof grated nutmeg. I used fresh. Maybe more if you're using dried?
salt and pepper to taste1/4 tsp of each?
1/2tspcinnamon
a few squeezes of fresh lemon juice1-2 Tbs?
Instructions
Cook the rice in your rice cooker. When it's almost done, heat the oil and butter in a skillet over low heat, then add the garlic and cook a few minutes until softened, stirring. Stir in the nutmeg, salt, pepper and cinnamon.
When the rice is done, add it to the pan and stir everything together. Squeeze the lemon juice over it all and mix it in.
