Quick Sausage and Black Bean Soup
Ingredients

cooked sausage (kielbasa, polish, chicken, etc. )

cup
chopped red and green pepper
2
cups
chicken broth
1 15-
oz
can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4
cup
salsa
1/4
cup
chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
Brown the sausage slices, then add the chopped peppers and cook a few minutes, until softened.
Add the chicken broth, beans and salsa.
Bring to a simmer and cook covered for 10 minutes or so.
Stir in the fresh cilantro and serve.
