Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Apples
Ingredients

ounces
Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and then quartered
1/2
cup
diced apple
2
Tbs
apple juice
2
tsp
olive oil
1/2
tsp
dried thyme
a dash each of salt and ground pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375.
Mix everything together in a bowl, then put in a shallow pan for roasting.
Roast the sprouts and apples about 25 minutes.
